My car got sideswiped overnight and my mirror got ripped off, my insurance sent me to Dibbles. Got the initial quote from Anthony and was set to come back the following Monday. I get there Monday morning and find that my 2 day repair had been reduced to a 20 min repair, and the estimate went down by over $200! They said that I got lucky because the new mirror came already painted white so they didn’t have to do the extra labor of painting it. Anthony and the woman at the counter were incredibly nice, and my new mirror works great. Thanks Dibbles!

I absolutely love everyone at this entire company! I rarely write reviews but I wanted to share my experience with this organization. I was sent here by the at fault driver's insurance company the first time. They fixed my car in a timely fashion and even had a rental car company pick me up! Great people, great service. A few months later, some turd bapped my car and failed to mention it. When I called my insurance company they recommended a company that was on their list of approved autobody shops. I got a quote and the prices were about the same but the turn around time was about 3 weeks. I took it to Dibble's, even though my insurance company tried to steer me in a different direction, and they said it should only take a about a week. Dibbles had plenty of experience with insurance and knew what to do in regards to the paperwork. They got me hooked up with nice rental car for a great price. During this time, PGE shut the power off to most of Santa Rosa, thus pushing the repair back a few days. Even though it was out of the company's control, they still covered the cost of my rental car on the last day, which was really awesome. Other than Manly Honda, Dibbles is the only company that I would have work on my car. They even detailed it, and believe me, my kids did a number on this car. I am not sure what kind of science project they found growing under the car seat, but I highly appreciate the brave solder who cleaned it, thank you for that! The people here are so down to earth and easy going. Anthony, Mike and Marisol, thank you for everything!!!

Dibble's replaced a well-worn clutch in my four-wheel-drive vehicle, bailing me out of a precarious position when I was 250 miles from home. My point of contact (Ray) in the Service Department was a thorough and responsive communicator. He represents the company perfectly. While the cost of the repair was a bit higher than what I would have paid in my Central Coast hometown, their mechanical work has been performing very well, at least in the first 300 miles of travel. If I lived closer to Santa Rosa, I would certainly use their shop more often. Five stars for Dibble's!
