I can’t speak highly enough of Ray at Dibbles. I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer from CarMax this past February and it has been a bit of a lemon unfortunately. I was sent to Dibbles twice while it was under the 90 day warranty and they addressed the problems and worked with CarMax for billing. Unfortunately I had another issue recently outside of warranty (like I said, this thing seems to be a lemon…) and the car wouldn’t recognize it was in park and wouldn’t turn off. I drove it over to Dibbles before they opened and they took me in same day, no questions asked. They had the car fixed and ready to go the next day. I sincerely appreciate how kind they were when I showed up unexpected and didn’t just turn me away.

I took my car to Dibble’s for a coolant leak, and Ron and Ray found the issue instantly. They showed me exactly what was wrong and got it fixed fast. Super knowledgeable and honest guys—highly recommend!

So grateful to Ron Hartman, mechanic, who diagnosed a problem quickly that could have taken much longer and cost me way more money. Also shout out to Ray the Service Manager who is always extremely helpful. Great shop with great people

It was soo nice talking to the people who work here, they're both super nice, treated me with respect, took all the stress off my shoulders. I was In a 3 car pile up and my car just wouldn't start or roll over, Dibbles helped get my car towed to there location without having to pay out of pocket they worked with my insurance to make things let's stressful for me. I went for an estimate for car repair. First of all, spoke to Jennifer the day before who can’t pronounce their name correctly. I thought she said Devils Fix. I repeated the name devils several times and asked her if that was correct and she said yes. I have very good English pronunciation so im sure she heard and understood me. Then I came in to get estimate. Had to wait a bit as I guess she’s the only one who deals with customers as she put me on hold a couple times to deal With other customer that was there. There was a guy at front desk also but he didn’t deal with any customers so unsure what he does. The quote she gave me was several thousands more than the quote my insurance company gave me for the exact same work. I asked her if she could give a quote with some things not listed. She then said she had to go and I had to come back or wait around. Heard her earlier say she needed to eat. There was no other customer there at that time. She seem annoyed and didn’t want to deal worn me. Told me to go to other shop if they had better quote. I then spoke to manager Ted or Todd who basically just backed her up. He explained some things further that Jennifer didn’t both understand to explain to me. He called my other quote budget repairs. Not sure where he got that as that other one is based on a very reputable and well known shop, not a budget repair place at all. His sad excuse of an apology was “sorry you feel the way you do”. If that isn’t the most narcissistic non anpology ever given, I don’t know what is. Horrible customer service, bad management and staff. Stay as far away as possible.
