This was my second time using Dibbles Auto Repair. For this visit I came in to have my air conditioning diagnosed. They quickly diagnosed the issue and able to repaired my AC within 24 hours.

I’m not going to ding them one star in this review, although I should. They were supposed to diagnose my AC issue instead they refilled it first and then diagnose the problem. If they had diagnosed the problem first which was the radiator fan, then I wouldn’t have needed to refill my Freon as it was still 50%. So that was an extra $250 out of my pocket that I didn’t need to spend. Now I understand why they gave me an extra discount on the Freon fill. The service department made a mistake.

Very professional team that delivered outstanding results. I’ve used several other shops in the past, and Dibble’s is truly head and shoulders above the rest. One feature I particularly appreciated was the text message updates at each stage of the process—they kept me informed, provided excellent transparency, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Great people on the mechanical side. Never any surprises and very good communicators. Haven’t used the body side yet.

Huge thank you to Dibbles Auto Center for taking care of my Jeep! 🚙🔧 They replaced my water pump and found that both motor mounts also needed replacement, something I didn’t even realize was an issue, but it explained the slight rough idle my Jeep had for a long time. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. My Jeep is driving noticeably smoother now. Also extremely thankful for MaxCare because these repairs would have been very expensive otherwise. 🙏 Really appreciate the honesty, customer service, and quality work. Definitely recommend Dibbles!
