The service is fast and friendly but, they could do better at diagnosing problems instead of just superficially attaining a quick fix.

Everyone is so nice, bring your dog, and just anticipate a very pleasant and relatively easy experience (since no experience regarding car repairs is going to be completely easy), but Dibbles does its best to alleviate the pain.

Always timely quality and friendly service. Costs are reasonable. No unnecessary extras. They have been servicing my Porsche for five years.

This is the second time I have used Dibbles Auto center. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received both times. I was notified when my car was about ready and then again when it was ready to be picked up. I appreciated the shuttle from Dibbles to pick up rental car. The staff was very courteous and professional.

I went there to get my door handles replaced. First they ordered the wrong door part, second they cracked a piece in my door on the driver side. He did tell me about it and had it ordered. That took a week to get to them. Found out I had a nice scratch in my back door interior. Talked to Ben about it. He said that could of not been them. Had them install my broken piece today in the front drivers door. They had the car for 15 minutes and had changed my radio station. I went to them because I had a great experience with them about 13 years ago when Todd the owner was running it. Now I would not recommend them and would tell you to go elsewhere. Customer service slide downhill fast sense Todd left I guess.

I took my AUDI to Dibble's since it was new in February of 2006 until it died in December of 2020. The staff was always courteous and professional. They stand behind their work, and give better service than most dealerships. I've sent many friends to Dibble's over the years when they asked if I knew of a good mechanic. They aren't inexpensive, but they are fair, and I was always happy with the work. Honest mechanics that you trust are worth whatever you have to pay them over time.
