We are open for business as usual! Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Additionally specific areas of the interior of our customers cars (and keys) are being disinfected after being dropped off at our facility and before they are picked up to protect both our customer and employees. I had a warning light on the car. Winter storm raging. i called and told to bring it in. I only waited a short time before the problem was determined. I had places to go so a rental car was attained for my use. The car was in overnight and ready the next morning. It is running well again now.
Dibble's fit me in without an appointment to do some emergency service. The quality of work performed was excellent, as always. The cost was very reasonable. I have recommended this shop to friends and tradespeople as reliable and friendly place.
Wow what a horrible nightmare of an experience. I was on vacation traveling through beautiful Santa Rosa with my daughter when all of the sudden I started to have car issues. Like most women, I'm not an expert in auto repairs so I just pulled into the closest auto center I could find which was Dibbles Auto Center. The vehicle was having power issues which I felt was due to the battery or charging system with my limited knowledge but of course I took the owner's (Mr. Todd Bishop) advice which was to change out the alternator which was way more expensive than what I could afford but in trusting what I thought was an expert I took the bait. The alternator was changed out and paid the price for passing through town. Sorry Santa Rosa but I got ripped off. I took the old alternator home with me and found out that it was still good and the real issue was a bad battery cable which was far cheaper and easier to fix. As a woman traveling with a child you'd think that someone would have compassion and try and make sure you're taken care of instead I was completely taken advantage of in my situation. Mr. Bishop you are quite the owner........Residents of Santa Rosa beware of this impostor of a business owner. This guy should be locked up. Thanks for taking care of me and my daughter Todd you're a swell guy!
The service was excellent. I brought my Passat in for a regular servicing and it was done in good timing. I am very pleased.
