Worldpac's Professional Automotive Community (PAC) Roadside Assistance is a complimentary, 24/7 nationwide service provided with qualifying repairs at participating shops. It offers up to $150 in reimbursement per incident for towing, lockout, flat tire, and emergency fluid delivery, valid for 365 days from the date of repair.

Reimbursement Claim Submission

If you have used the service, you must submit a claim for reimbursement within 60 days of the event, including:


  1. A copy of the repair invoice from the original PAC shop.
  2. A copy of the roadside service provider’s invoice/proof of payment.
  3. Your contact details and a description of the incident.
